The bootcamp model is an accelerated learning program designed to transform your tech career. We provide the curriculum, coaching, and support but it’s up to you to put the work in!

    Learn user-centered design applying the Design Thinking process and validate your ideas through user research, prototyping, user testing, and heuristic evaluation. Learn UI and IxD to prototype your solutions using visual and interaction design techniques. We offer this track in two modalities:

60-hour course focused on giving prospective students the fundamental skills to hit the groud running and make the most out of the Bootcamp.

Module #1: User Experience (UX)

Module one covers the introduction for two key methodologies that you'll use for the rest of your career as a UX Designer: Design Thinking and Agile.

This module focuses on Visual design and how to scale it to create functional and desirable user experience

When you become an official student, you're given access to 60 hours of online web development content on our student platform.

Module #1: HTML/CSS & Javascript

You'll be introduced to the fundamentals of responsive web design with HTML/CSS and the amazing world of Javascript.

Module #2 : NodeJS Express MongoDB

You will learn everything you need about programming a server using NodeJS, Express and Handlebars. Additionally, you will learn about non relational database MongoDB and Mongoose.

Module #3 : Front-end Framework

You will learn one of the most populars Frontend frameworks on the world: ReactJS. Concepts such Single Page App (SPA) and components based frameworks will start to sound familiar.

What is the Application Process?

After you submit your application, we'll send you study materials with a technical test. There is no studying required. If you pass the technical test, we'll invite you to participate in a personal interview. All communications will be sent via email.

Who is Eligible to Win a Scholarship?

All are welcome to apply regardless of identity background and educational experience. Scholarships are prioritized for underrepresented candidates and women looking to enter the tech world. (Black, Latino/Hispanic, Native American/Native Alaskan). All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply and have their own working laptop.

What Are the Course Costs?

Tuition is $12,500 for Full time courses and $13,000 for Part Time courses. Climb Credit and Skillsfunds are the most popular finance options for Ironhack students. They allow you to finance anywhere from $3,000-$13,000 + living stipend. Check to see if you qualify here.

What Are the Deadlines?

The Deadline to submit your application is November 23rd. After submitting your application, it is recommended to complete your technical test within 3 days. If you pass your technical test, you will have 3 days to complete your personal interview. Adherence to timelines will be taken into account when awarding scholarships.
