How does the Bildungsgutschein work?

  • Who is eligible for a Bildungsgutschein?

    Anyone who is registered in Germany and either:

    1. Currently employed but facing unemployment in the near future.
    2. Currently unemployed. 
    3. Require further training or retraining.
    4. On a short-time work scheme (Kurzarbeit).

  • Why do they pay for me?

    The Bundesagentur für Arbeit (Federal Employment Office) aims to reduce the unemployment rate in Germany. Therefore, as long as you are motivated to find a job, they are ready to advise you and support you.

You will take a deeper look into the mathematics. Use Python to develop an understanding of inferential statistics and probability, as well as BI fundamentals. After, you will learn storytelling presentation techniques to visualize your data and insights. A complete analysis from real data sets!

With introductions to data wrangling and cleaning, APIs and web scraping as well as developing intermediate Git, SQL and Python skills, you’ll be able to create your first novel data set.
